NTWU is for the change in Workers Rights that we all need

When your fathers and granfathers went to work many years ago, they had something going for them that many of our generation long for! They knew that their jobs were for a lifetime. There job saw them as a benefit and in return the worker was valued as an intregal part of companies future. The cost of providing a workers family medical benefits were insignificant compared to the cost savings of experienced local workers who had roots two hundred years deep in the Steele Mills of Pittsburg. What about the new labor force of today who spend hours hunched over the most toxic substances the world has ever seen in the form of a computer. When do Millions of Americans who paid for technology degrees so they could have good pay. Today we are saddled with 100,000's of dollars of debt to get educated while East Indians government subsidizes their citizens education. We who have so much debt cannot live on 40K like an H1B Worker can. And so the story goes we must stand up to say enough is enough. The time for the Workers of the Future to get the Security and Stability of today. Right here and right now we demand our Rights to a better future for our children. If we can spend a 10 Billion in Iraq a month then we can spend 1 Billion a month on Education for American citizens that our government pays every dime to get you a degree. You then pay more taxes and the government takes them as a profit should you live to 65 you would pay 40 years of high taxes. That is a great investment in our future.

We thank you for your support of the National Union for Technology Workers. This Union has been needed for over the last 15 years an many of our Jobs were shipped off overseas or taken by H1B Visa Workers from the Far East and beyond. This site is about organizing all technology workers of any kind, IT , Hardware, Software and Applications Devlopers, Mobile Technology Workers, LCD Techs, any job that uses a computer or Artificial Intellence to complete their job. We are a one stop shop for assistance with finding jobs, getting retrained for Green Jobs, Veterens Assistance.

We are a new Organization that sprang up from the all the misery that has come to technology workers in the last eight years. We are here to say yes we can, and yes we will. Workers Rights are our mission and political power is our goal. We need to show Washington that we are one million or even two million strong. We want the AFL_CIO to come to us to ask our Union to join them so we can decide if they have decided to help the abandoned technology worker of the New Century. Come join us fight the good fight, fight for your family, fight for your right to have a fair employment, healthcare, 401K that is not tied to the Stock Market. Our goal is secure the millions of Green Jobs and make sure they cannot be shifted off overseas as our entire service sector has done. We want to guarantee federal funding through programs like WIA(Workforce Initative Act) which retrains qualified applicants for jobs like Network Engineer now we want them to be solar panel installers or jobs manufacturing solar panels or windmills in the millions of empty factories accross America.
